After Kate's school had been closed for the 6th day, we knew it was time to get out of the house. We reconnected with some old friends and had her first OKC playdate. We met Leah and her two boys, Ben and Harrison at the mall. We had lunch at El Chico and then let the kids run and play at their play center. Contratry to some of kate's expressions here, she really had a good time. Ben is 3 1/2 and Harrison is almost exactly 6 months younger than Kate. Hopefully over Christmas break, we will get to get together again, Brooke felt a little left out since she was in school. I hope to make it up tomorrow - I am helping with Brooke's school party. We have lots of fun surprises for the kids! Also, Kate's school got power as of today so she is back! WooHoo! Just in time for me to do a little holiday baking.

She just looks like trouble! I miss her, we haven't played in weeks! She needs a playdate with her favorite aunt.
