I think my in-laws were up to something. My sister-in-law and her 3 month old son, Adam, came to stay with us for Easter. Jay and I jumped at the chance to feed him, change him, rock him and basically love on him all we could. Afterall, we haven't seen him since the day he was born and we thought this might give us some much needed, albeit brief, practice. Well, he tried to put us through it. Everytime Jay or I fed him - he threw up. Everywhere. The projectile kind a time or two. All over him, all over us, are bed, our couch, you name it! But we loved it. Every last disgusting minute. So bring it on Adam! Bring it on! We think my normally very sweet mother in law might have had something to do with it. See, she used to work for the hospital our adoption agency offices in. Turns out, the reason Adam was so sick - he is used to only bottled water. We were making bottles straight out of the tap. Wouldn't that have been nice to know?? We were so - set - up!

I did manage to get some pretty cute pics of Brooke and Adam. Here are a few:

here Brooke is brushing Adam's hair.
here they are Easter morning:
Brooke is going to make such a great BIG sister! I can not wait. Speaking of that, we got our confirmation from our agency today. They have our money and are holding a space for us in their June 1st and 2nd adoption class. We can't wait!
