New Years Eve

I can't say I am too sad bringing 2009 to a close. It wasn't a particularly bad year, just very unsettled. We brought 2010 in with our good friends Rob & Leah along with several other friends. We kept it pretty low key - the kids did have a great time and even made it up till midnight!

Brooke was wooed by several 4 & 5 yr old boys!


Of course in the end, Ben, Rob & Leah's oldest son won her heart again and even proposed for the 92nd time! Brooke returned his proposal with an enthusiastic YES!


We had a yummy taco bar and treats for dinner and Jay and i were in charge of the alchol. We made the MOST delicious Pina Coladas I have ever had! Yum! Yum! Yum! After the kids went to bed, the four of us stayed up a little longer and played Chicken Foot dominoes, we spent the night for safety purposes. I wish someone would have also, for safety purposes, told me to keep my camera in my purse. I will just post the nice photos instead :)
