Brooke's BFF has been staying with us while her folks were out of town so i had three girlies to get up and get ready! We were up and ready so early, i forgot to feed them breakfast. The four of us ladies, enjoyed Starbucks as an early morning treat, Brooke's friend had never been! I caved and bought a Pumpkin SPice Latte AND a pumpkin muffin - so good. Of course an Il Primo Grande Green Tea Chai, Skinny would have been MUCH better, that, my friend, is a perfect fall day in a cup!!
Kate had a pretty good game, stayed on the field but insisted on holding the coaches hand most of the time. She looked happy and had fun, that makes me happy!
After Kate's game the older girls were ready for their first game of the season. Both girls has a bit of first game butterflies going on!
The first game was crazy, they were playing against some serious competition. But the second game they totally dominated! Brooke was all over the field - she really came into her own!
And guess what?? Miss Brooke, my stinger goalie/always plays defender did.....SHE GOT HER FIRST GOAL!!! Her daddy cried- how sweet is that?
Another crazy week in Lacy Land! Parent teacher conferences are Tuesday, we are expecting great things!
