these beautiful flowers are from my sweet dad on my last day!
So yesterday was my last day at work. It was bittersweet. This is something Jay and i have worked for since kate was born. Most everyone was in a meeting yesterday so didn't really get to say goodbye liked i hope but in this crazy world, i am sure our paths will cross again. About 2pm I turned off my office light for the last time, grabbed my last year in a box and headed home.
I don't really know what to expect. I have always said that I am a better working mom. I know this will be a challenge and there will be sacrifices along the way but in the end, this is truly what is best for my family. I plan on taking my communication, organization and creative skills and becoming the best stay at home i can be. afterall, when i put my mind to something, there is nothing I can't do!
