Yes, everybody does have to like me!

But they don't! When we moved here Brooke got right into this school and she loves it and they love her! They even approved an out of district transfer for her! Me? Not so much! The moms at this school have multi-generations of kids, parents, grandparents attending this school. We do not. We live out of district and moved from Kansas. Last night, I went to pick Brooke up and saw the head of the PTA. I had hurried straight from work to offer my assistance. Knowing there was this PTA meeting and party,i paid particular attention to my outfit for the day,i thought i looked cute! Cute. Definitely not appropriate.
PTA Gladly took my help and stuck me with 900 waterballoons! 900! Sitting in water! What could I do, i kicked off my peep toes and dug right in! I slaved away in long black pants, long sleeved shirt, long necklace while ankles biters yelled for free balloons and PTA members rolled their eyes. But i perservered!
Jay eventually came over, he had been sitting alone with Kate eating hot dogs and yelling at her not to get dirty (yep, overdressed kate too!) So he came over and the women started swooning about how great it was he was helping, blah, blah, blah! Damn him and his hot dog supper appropriate jeans! He went out into the crowd and sold "Cougar" magnets that look like big blue giant rats! More swooning - atleast he raised money, right? And I brought him so I should get half credit atleast!
