Rainy Tuesday

Today it is supposed to rain, rain, rain and be cold. We had to make a change of plans in our back to school wardrobe to allow for the weather. We hadn't bought back to school jeans yet and nothing from last year fits so a quick trip to Target and we were set!
Here is another little punky outfit - very spunky!
