Yes. We do think we are funny! Dorky but funny.
This weekend Brooke's friend Cheyenne spent the night with us. We decided to take the girls to the zoo. Jay's family joined us!
This trip we tried to see the things we missed last time including the snakes, lizzards and various creepy crawlies - check this out. This snake was totally eyeing the girls!
Adam wanted to see the monkeys so we took a chance. Check this out - Kate loved it. Here she is waving saying "hi monkeys!!"
Kate not only got to see the Kiki's again - this time she got to ride one!
We had a great time! We spent a couple of hours but time just sped by! After we left the zoo, we found ourselves over by my dad's house (he lives near Cheyenne and we took her home.) We decided to stop by for a quick visit. My dad took us on a tour of his tomato plants - they look great! He has always been quite the gardener! City living hasn't changed that!
The girls also got to spend a little time with their cousins on my side of the family. Kate is becoming quite in love with Miss Lillie - I think she is saying," come on mom, wouldn't I make a great big sister?" Hmmmm maybe. Although right now, when she tries to hug Lillie - she gets a little carried away - Poor Lillie Bear!
Miss Lillie went home with her momma but the older kids staayed and played a bit!

All those years my sister lived in OKC and we never made it to the zoo! Looks like a fun time.
you are so not right...pouring ketchup on sammy...i love it! you spend so much quality time with your fam that you make me feel inadequate - i bow to your motherly presence.
