Much much better....

Today was a much better day. I had been waiting to hear from a client and got the news I was hoping for and really just got a lot accomplished! Not bad considering I was gone almost 2 hours with the a/c repair man. He was quite the character but hey what do I care as long as we get some air in here. To fix it, we had to turn the heat on as high as it would go - how fun is that considering it was already a million degrees outside! I was complaining about it at the office - my NICE boss (she really is a pocket full of sunshine) who calls me MEAN Jenn invited me and the girls to her house to swim since Jay was working late. It was a pretty tough decision - boiling hot house or nice, beautiful cool pool!
The girls and I grabbed our suits as quick as we could and headed out. Turned out to be a great night. Both the girls had a great time and so did I. They were both even pretty well behaved. YAY for a good night!

tomorrow Samantha Brooke is getting a new short short haircut - hopefully I will have some before and after pics!
