I go BOGO

Yesterday I took the girls to look for some new white sandals. They have both got some new summer dresses and needed some cute white sandals to match. Payless was having their BOGO sale and although they seem to have that quite regularly, I still can't resist a good sale. We got the white sandals easy enough but there were so many other good bargains. We probably would have left with much more but Brooke seems to be having some size issues. She measured a size 2 which feels a little small on her foot and a size 2 1/2 feels too big on her foot. She wantged to buy a three. Hmmmmmm somehow she doesn't get that if a 2 1/2 is too big, a three is going to be Waaaaay too big. She found a pair of tennis shoes she really liked but she didn't REALLY like them until Kate found some new tennis shoes plus a pair of "mock" crocs.
Brooke actually pouted as we left without the pink and grey tennis shoes. This morning she said, "I was so excited to put on my new shoes with this outfit cause they would match perfectly! But then I remembered, oh yeah, you didn't buy them for me." She is getting a little too good at this guilt trip. It's ok though, I am getting better at ignoring it!
Speaking of no guilt - I got all 4 pairs for $22.00 - what a bargain indeed! I would have probably ended up with a pair or 2 for myself but Kate decided to try on every high heel grown up shoe in the place and had them scattered all about - I couldn't pick them up as fast as she was pulling them down. Yeah, we made a pretty fast exit and probably won't be going back anytime soon!
