Getting Closer

We spent this weekend moving out of my dad's house. We kinda forgot we have an entire household there. Still didn't get it all but made lots of progress. The good news is we finally moved the pets in. Both Freddie and Gordie are happy to be home. Mostly Freddie (the cat.) I think Gordie misses being outside. We have promised him lots of long walks and trips to the park. Last night we all bundled up and took our first big walk. The neighborhood is so pretty - lots of middle aged men were out putting up Christmas lights and elaborate Christmas decor. We have a great view from our playroom window - it looks right down this very decorated street. Very, very pretty!
After the walk, we came back, the girls took their baths and Miss Kate went to bed. The rest of us stayed up and watched Deck the Halls On Demand. It was really a cute little movie. I also made my famous peppermint hot chocolate (Thanks William Sonoma.)
Today reality hits, I have to update my resume and find a new job. One that doesn't make me sick or have me traveling 3 days per week! Wish me luck. My confidence isn't what it used to be.
