Kate HEARTS Grilled Cheeses

I have had some camera difficulties this last week so please forgive the fact that I have no pictures to share.
I guess I neglected to let everyone know that we sold our house! Seems like old news since it has been close to 2 weeks now. I guess I forgot to tell some people sorry about that. It sold in 2 weeks - everyone seemed shocked but me. It is a cute house, good neighborhood and was mostly recently occupied by a couple of local celebrities - me and Kate. We actually got a full price offer. I should be thrilled but instead I am a little sad. That was the first house I bought and I bought it on my own. Jay and I went through a lot in that little house - good times and bad. It honestly makes me sad to leave it - really sad considering we still don't have a house here. We are currently staying with my very generous dad but we are busting at the seams!
We should be moving into our new house around the first of November. I would like to be in before Halloween. See our new house is actually a really old historic kinda home. It is in an awesome neighborhood right on the park and is the perfect trick-or-treat locale. Guess, I'm just not being very patient.

We went to Wichita on Saturday to start packing. We got a good start but still have a LOT to pack. We basically left everything there but essentials. It is going to totally suck to move everything into a storage unit but that is what we will be forced to do since we are closing about a month before the new house is ready. sigh.

SO what is this about Kate and grilled cheeses? She had her first one on Friday night. We were driving around and she was fussy fussy! We were looking for somewhere new to eat. I finally couldn't take it anymore and had Jay pull over. We were right in front of this place called Route 66 grill (or something like that.) Anyway, we ordered Kate a grilled cheese. She LOVED it. I am not exagerating her, she would take a bite of it and then hug it and say, "ahhhhhhh." Normally those sweet Baby Kate hugs are reserved for mom and dad. She must REALLY love them!
