Lava Rocks & Sink Baths

Remember that permission slip I was so proud of? Well I picked Brooke up from camp Tuesday and the lady at the desk asked me if I was Brooke's mom. "yes," I replied. She shoved a blue piece of paper at me and said, "here. sign this accident report." UhOh. I seriously panicked and screamed quietly to myself. It wasn't that bad - probably looked worse. She was, according to Brooke, looking at the "lava rocks" and she ran into a tree branch. It scratched her across half her face and bruised her chest. Poor Poor baby. I went to Walgreens and bought 2 pick tubes of Neosporine. I figure if i keep giving permission Carte Blanche, we are going to need them.

SO have you ever seen that commerical - no idea what it is for - but this couple is giving there 20-something son a bath in the sink. They are video-taping it because they never got around to it when he was little. When i am in a hurry, Kate gets a sink bath. I have never taken a picture. I figured I had better before it was too late. I never took sink bath pics of Brooks so I snapped hers too.

Oh and Miss Kate got her first FIRST b-day present in the mail today from my birthday buddy on BabyZone. Ahhhhhhhh how exciting is that??

Love the sink pics.....! Although, you might want to start thinking about moving Brooke to the bathtub......

Whatchoo talkin' 'bout, Willis? You know YOU still take sink baths.

Anyway... your accident report story reminds me of when Zoe was in Kindergarten. We would often receive a note from that school stating "your child has received a blow to the head". What bad parents we are sending our kids out into the big, bad world to receive all these injuries.

Ah well... nothing a sink bath can't fix.
