Brooke and I are enjoying our last couple of days before Kate is home with us full time. Kate's daycare is closed beginning Thursday through next week. We decided a spa day would be a good day for me to get the rest I need and good for Brooke too. Hey who doesn't need a spa day?
Of course since I am not REALLY working right now, we had to do an in-home spa day rather than go somewhere but it was pretty darn good. We did mani's and pedi's, satin hands & lips, fancy baths with fur wrapped fizz balls ( i had to skip the bath :( and then chocolate lotion massage which caused Brooke's skin to breakout so she had to shower to get it all off - oops!
Tomorrow Brooke is having a play day with her new friend Quinn. She is very excited - i am just hoping it doesn't rain!
Miss Kate is doing ok - she had a high fever this weekend and now has a little cough when she sleeps. She wants to walk so bad. I am ready to start getting serious about planning her first birthday party. I want to keep it simple but make it special. Anyone have any ideas??
