Jay did talk to the agency today we were worried & so were they about the fact that we haven't had any contact from the BM since Monday. They finally admitted seeing some red flags until.... During that conversation, our agency got a call from the Bm. I won't get into detail but will say that she reported to still be pg and also wanted to let them know she had to take her daughter to a hospital in OKC as a result of a household accident. I don't know more than that. Of course we offered our prayers for her daughter but can't help but be a little relieved that we did atleast have some contact. I have e-mailed our agency again and asked for updates as soon as available. I will keep you posted!
On a good note - tonight is my baby shower (i hope to have one in okc too....hint hint)! I am so so grateful to my good friends Jaci and Jenn and Kay who are hosting this shower. I am truly touched by their generosity and kindness. Jay is on his way to OKC to pick up Brooke - she is so excited although she gets a little confused. She keeps referring to the baby shower as the "baby wash." I hope she is not disappointed when there is no baby and no giant bath tub! Guess we will see....
