Need Song Help - PLEASE!

OK, Jay bought me this fancy shmancy mp3/video player deal for christmas. it holds like a million songs + 8 hours of video. I want to load this up with some good songs so i can start my couch to 5k training. problem is, i can't think of any good songs (ahh the pressure.) So tell me dear readers, what is in your ipod - what gets you moving? I like pretty much all kinda of music with the exception of hardcore, classic rock (sorry, i know several of you are fans, i am just not that cool.)

Please post your responses and quickly! I need to get moving!

i prefer mellow music, so i cant offer too much advice about the peppy stuff. some of the more up-beat stuff i listen to includes ben kweller (dowload the song "falling", its great) and the cure. the old 97's are also amazing.

and my favorite artist EVER is regina spektor. most of her stuff is slower, though. trust me, she is a goddess and everything that comes out of her mouth is pure gold.

okay - here's some stuff on my computer and/or I-pod that gets me moving:

Dancing Queen - Abba
Old Time Rock & Roll - Bob Seger
All She Wants to Do is Dance - Don Henley
Faith - George Michael
Some Kind of Wonderful - Grand Funk Railroad
I Told You So - Keith Urban
Since U Been Gone - Kelly Clarkson
Sweet Home Alabama - Lynyrd Skynyrd
Gunpowder & Lead - Miranda Lambert
Rockstar - Nickelback
So What - Pink

And Bee Gees disco always gets me moving. I know it's cheesy, but I can really clean house or walk fast when listening to them.
