The girls and I let daddy sleep while Kate gave herself a makeover!

She ended up giving Sissy a makeover too!

Finally we took a shower and decided it was time to go to the ZOO! Lillie and Aunt Bootsy joined us! We have an annual season pass so admission was FREE - so far $0.00 spent! We decided to splurge and eat lunch at their little fake rainforest cafe where it was cooler and much less humid! We spent $18.38 which covered everyone including Sarah and Lillie. It would have much more expensive but Jay, being buny conscience, has saved our drink cups from the first time we went to the zoo. Instead of paying $2.50 for a drink, we pay 50cents each!

We also decided to catch the Aquatics show for the first time. It was really cute. It was also Sarahs treat to payback for lunch so we are still holding strong and just over $18.00!

We even FOUND NEMO! Nemo, by the way, is Kate's FAVORITE MOVIE!

We stopped by another concession stand on the way out and refilled our drinks for $1.00 (brooke stayed at the zoo with sarah so no refill for her.) I did however hear she got an ICY.
SIDEBAR Brooke story. Some of you might know that Brooke has some trouble using certain words and phrases. Namely two of them. The first is "awkward." She uses it to describe situations of which most of the time are not awkard. The other is, "no offense." Normally when she says, No offense, it is a compliment. Here is a recent script from a conversation with brooke and Aunt Bootsy and the zoo Saturday.
Brooke - You know Sarah, you are waaaaaay more fun to hang around than my parents, no offense.
Bootsy - None taken! hehehhehehe
So we went home and finished up the night by having Cheyenne spend the night with us. We stayed up until after 12:30am playing Monopoly and eating popcorn - the girls loved it and i did too! Of course, i won. Mwahahaha Mwahahaha
Total spent - $19.38!

Well done!
Audrey uses "awkward" very awkwardly, too. I think she thinks it's the same as saying "weird".
We tried to do $20 family day yesterday and it didn't quite work. We'll do it again soon, though!
