Sunday evening we went to my dad's house for dinner. Before we ate, he gave Kate a cookie that was as big as her head! Hmmm I don't remember that when I was growing up! He must have been pretty funny too because the girls laughed all through dinner!
After dinner we took the girls to Lake Hefner. We have gotten into the habit of going to the park every single day. I don't think anyone is complaining - it is nice outside and we are all getting lots of exercise!
Tonight jay and i took the girls to the park again. It is really starting to green up out there. They are in the middle of redoing our neighborhood park - both girls love it. It got kinda windy and dark - feels like "there's a storm -a-brewin."
Tonight we are settling down and watching some KU basketball. Even though we bleed Crimson and Cream, after living in Kansas for 9 years it is hard not to get caught up as the Jayhawks "rock chalk." Plus, if they win, I win the March Madness Bracket at work and it is big bucks I tell you - B-I-G B-U-C-K-S!

can i just say that i love that you go to the park almost every day! i think it is so cool and should do of it more myself. the girls are amazingly beautiful! enjoy every giggle!
