Yuck! What a great V-day, huh? Jay is running a high fever - doubt he will even remember his present from me. It was very "bunny friendly." I bought him a sweet simple card and wrote "this sucks" but there will be "mounds" of "joy" later. Then i filled a bag with suckers - hopefully that will help his throat and Mounds and Almond Joy candy bars - his favorite! I thought it was pretty clever.
We gave the girls their presents last night. Check out Brooke in her total dork jammies - we joke that we are a family of dorks - she fits in so well! Not sure why I continue to spend money on cute matching girlie jammies! Tonight I brought home Grandy's (i know what you are thinking, very romantic!) But for some reason Jay said the only thing he wanted to eat was mashed potatoes and the girls love chicken so it worked out well.
We did discover something totally new to Kate. She LOVES LOVES chocolate. I thought she was going to break her hand Signing "more More More" - she kept signing and saying more. More CHocolate. More Chocolate. More More More. She also loved loved the sugar cookie she got at her school Valentine's Day Party. We didn't open the treats until we got home. She was quite content! Check out her belly now! Crazy how fast they grow.
Brooke and I have been doing some serious bonding lately - we are getting closer than close! I bought her a very special Valentine's Day present - she loved it! We have agreed not to tell dadddy until he feels better! :)

dang, zac is cute! who knew? i guess every girl in america knows. i think our family is pretty dorky. did i mention that we all have matching ducky footsy pj's? now that's dorky! can't wait till you guys are feeling better. lillie misses you.
