MIA.....again

In case you haven't figured it out, I have been MIA. Sorry but when things go rough, I really don't feel like blogging. Things have been rough. I am looking for a new job and we are trying to move into the new house. Sarah and Chris have been so great - very helpful! I am so excited to be back while Sarah is pg. Can't wait to meet my new niece!!! Meanwhile Sarah aka Aunt Bootsy is getting acquained and reacquainted with her nieces (my girls.) Kate adores her Aunt Bootsy and I really don't think it has anything to do with the court order because she isn't head over heels with her Uncle Mouse! :)

So what good has been going on? Well I have found myself with some extra time so I went on a field trip with Brooke and got to spend some time with her boyfriend. She is getting a little too serious about this boy, I am afraid. This is the same boy who confessed his love for her the second day. They bonded over High School Musical Memorabilia and have been inseperable. Well practically inseperable. Mrs. D, Brooke's teacher, literally did seperate them. Anyway, the field trip was bowling and it was pretty fun. Then last week Kate's school hosted a thanksgiving lunch for kids and parents. It was very sweet. We LOVE LOVE kate's new school! Kate is getting big and so smart. Here are a few of her new "tricks"

1. Knows where her nose is (although we call it a beep beep)
2. knows where her eyes are.
3. Knows what a doggy says
4. Knows what a kitty says and can say "here kitty kitty"
5. Knows duckys and how to say ducky and quack quack
6. Still calls me "mama" - her favorite word but now also calls me "mine." Apparently i am one of the last moms to pick up their kid at school so the teacher will always tell kate, "no that's thatcher's mom or that's quinn's mom, etc." So now she calls me "mine because I am HER mama." There are LOTS of mamas out there but only one mine!
