Family Movie Night

Since I can't seem to shake this bronchitis stuff and we are all exhausted from being on the run constantly, we decided to have a family movie night. We bought Evan Almighty which if you have kids and you haven't seen, I will highly recommend it. Sure, it is total fluff and completely predictable but it is clean, has the traditional good over evil theme and Morgan Freeman plays a great God. It kept me entertained.
We ordered Pizza Inn pizza - yum!!! I had totally forgotten about Pizza Inn. Might be my new favorite delivery pizza. Kate and Brooke thoroughly enjoyed it! Now I know a good mom would have cut Kate's pizza in tiny tiny pieces but she LOVES eating it this way. SHe also has to eat off a plate. She is done being a baby - or so she thinks!
Brooke enjoyed the pizza and movie too. She looked so cute last night in her "smarty pants" sweatshirt! SInce moving to this new school - she has yet to score less than 102 on any spelling tests. She is on a streak of 5 in a row where she got everything right and including both of her bonus words. Daddy promised her $1.00 for every point over 100. She is up over $20 and still saving. Way to go Brooke!!!!
Today Miss Brooke has her first birthday party she has been invited to since we moved. SOunds like fun. Tomorrow is the Big Centennial Parade downtown. We are meeting Sarah, Chris, Draven and Cletus Anne. We are also trying out a new church. Should be another big day filled with photo opps! Keep reading!
