Ummm No. Miss Kate does not. Today we went with our friends to a 4th of July parade in Derby, KS. I thought everything was going ok. Kate didn't want to sit in her stroller - no big shock there so i put her on a blanket on the ground. She seemed to be doing fine. I bent down to take her pic and my poor baby had this awful look on her face and was crying! I felt so bad. I guess it was a little loud and might be a tad intimidating sitting in a street having 100's of strangers throw things(candy) at you. She spent the rest of the short parade on my lap and was fine.
After the parade we went to Carter's and went swimming so that made up for it. Tonight we are watching fireworks and cooking out! Hopefully that will go better!
ETA - I just talked to my mom and she said I was afraid of parades when I was little! I guess Kate is just like her mommy!
