Ohhhh Hail No!!!

Hail yes - this is hail! Some of it golfball size. Just as I was ready to leave the house at about 7:20 this morning. Here came the hail. Sign of things to come for the week? Probably.
I just got home for lunch and started checking things out. My car has lots and lots of hail dents - mostly on the roof and the trunk. My backyard is shredded. It looks just like it did after the big ice storm last year. There are little limbs and leaves everywhere - thankfully we didn't lose any big limbs this time. I am sure our roof has damage. Plus - this is too weird. We have 2 tables outside - a big outdoor patio table with chairs and then a smaller one. They aren't made of glass just that outdoor patio stuff - it broke the tops on both tables. There are hail dents all over them on the top and in some places where the dents are, it has actually broken the table and shattered around those spots. I am guessing my insurance won't pay for that seeing how it wouldn't pay for a new grill when a big limb fell on it and broke it from the ice storm. Did I mention that most of my flowers that I just planted lost their blooms? I am so sad. Yesterday, I said my house looked so springy and now look at it. I guess living in the Midwest, maybe this is what spring really looks like. :(
